How do I use the dropout adjusters on my frame?
Here's a quick description of how we recommend you adjust those or replace them.
The fork's steerer tube has a metal insert - can I cut it safely?
Of course - the metal insert adds safety margin, and extends the entire usable length of the steerer tube, so please feel free to cut it as needed for your position. Just make sure not to cut any of the insert hardware (starnut, bolt, or topcap) when you make the cut, and you'll be good to go.
